Tasting Notes:

This wine is a well structured medium bodied wine with a rich combination of sumptuous black cherry fruit, dark mocha chocolate and elegant spicy oak notes.

The fine but firm tannins are complimented by a mouth filling fruity and lingering complexity.

This wine is best enjoyed at a temperature of 18 degrees Celsius.

This wine is great with pepper crusted tuna, thick meat stews and curry, sausages and smoked duck, leg of lamb with fresh herbs.
